I learnt a lot of different skills after developing my college magazine into my music magazine. I learnt a lot about editing my photography, as in my music magazine, I based my magazine photos on other U2 pictures, so I could make sure that I got across U2's individual style. Also by the point that I came to making my final cover and products, I had learnt how to use photoshop a lot better, so I managed to use better effects, and I also had a better understanding of layout and aiming towards my target audience. I also tried to use different colours, in order to create a good contrast, and also made sure that I kept the magazine looking professional and kept the theme of black and white pictures, and fonts and colours throughout. This included researching more into already made magazines, for example 'NME' and 'Q' as I based my magazine on the theme of these.
