Music Magazine

I hope to make my magazine a cross between NME magazine, and Q magazine. I hope to use a mix of the music that would be found in both magazines, but use the style like used for Q magazine. I.e. The magazine would be more classy than nme, but have the similar type of music that is found in NME. E.g. Kasabian, kings of leon, oasis etc. Also combine the type of music that would be found in Q which is similar, but a slightly older style of rock.

The magazine will be called something catchy and something that would appeal to a student audience. Similar to the age group that kerrang, NME are aimed at. The magazine will also contain more of a British theme as well, as i will try to contain like british music and have a british theme for the magazine, which could include, using the colours from the union jack, so white, red and blue.

My magazine although it will be mainly music based, will also contain other things. For example, it will have pages dedicated to gadgets, fashion, films etc. I believe by doing this the magazine will attract a much wider audience, as it will appeal to people with different interests and similar interests to the music.
